We would like you to know about the following to keep you informed of what’s been happening recently.
The balconies that had damaged top boards under the railings have been replaced.
For the homeowners whose balconies were replaced, please remember to contact Mark, as soon possible, to get the paint to paint your balconies. If you need someone to paint it for you, please let Mark know.
We also have hired a new cleaning crew, which have been doing a good job. They are coming weekly to ensure that the premises always looks good.
The following are upcoming projects that are currently being worked on.
1. Security fence
2. Front and back parking lot renovation
3. Landscape renovation
Security Fence: The top priority project this summer is to put up a security fence around the back parking lot with an automated sliding gate. The fence will be black chain link and will be 8 feet tall. The main priority is the security of the homeowners and your belongings, but also to make sure all projects are aesthetically pleasing to improve the property value.
We also have asked the police department to come inspect the property and give us suggestions regarding better security, they will be coming this week.
Front and Back Parking Lot Renovation: We will be fixing the post in the back parking lot that has been sinking and also replace the gutters on the carport next week. We plan to have the front and back parking lot resurfaced this summer as well. The renovation will also include the numbering of the back parking spots and painting the posts. Once we have a date for the resurfacing, I will send out an email with the details.
Landscape Renovation: We will be removing the old bushes and some trees around the front parking lot soon and will be revamping the landscape this coming spring. The goal is to have a low maintenance landscape as well as curbside appeal to improve the property value. We are considering including rock, pathway stones, artificial turf, low maintenance plants, etc. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
We are planning the annual homeowners meeting for Sunday, September 16th, at 3:30pm. It will be held on the front lawn and will be an ice cream social. We hope that everyone will be able to attend. I will send out a reminder notice in September.
As a reminder, please be respectful of your fellow homeowners regarding your pets. All pets need be quiet and are not allowed to run around the premises. It is a violation of the “Rules and Regulations” and it’s a nuisance to your neighbors.
Emails: I usually send correspondence by email, so if you have changed your email lately, please let me know so that I have your current one. Also, as a reminder, please check your emails periodically, so that you are kept informed. If you would prefer that I communicate with you by mail instead, just let me know.
